Try clearing the cookies and cache if still doing it try another browser like Firefox as the problems mostly like lies with the browser |

We're having the same issues, 38 seconds in and freezes. Two different phones, using Samsung and chrome browsers, same with laptop. I'd say its a site issue rather than a user one |
