Can’t add a meet

Hi, I have a couples profile but for some reason we can’t add a meet to it even though we tick all the requirements. Also it appears we can’t post in the forum, hence this.

Anyone got any ideas? We did just change our username so not sure if that is connected?

Are you logged on with both accounts same time and here's a link for assistance via admin remember to use the account affected with difficulty
