"We have set up a new couples account and where able to access it at first and upload a few photos, but now we can’t access it, and when we use the forgot password and put in the email used to set it up we never receive a an email to reset the password, what are we doing wrong, " Hi op When you try do you have both accounts logged in or attempting with second one | |||
