Been working forever, but last couple of days it says on but just grey screen with a 'picture' of a camera with a line through it. Below where it says cam on there's a small 'no entry' sign

Try using a different browser just for the site which are you using at moment

made a small mistake. When i click onto cam the box underneath that says 'hide cam' theres a small no entry sign, red background with white bar
