Hi,

I seem to have a problem that some contacts say I do not show up when they do a name search. Any idea why that might be?

Are they using your full profile name leaving out any part would do that even a space

Thanks for your response to my question. Yes I think they are using correct format name.

Perhaps you can try a search and see if it works?

Thank you for checking. They have the correct name (I’ve seen their screenshot) so I guess there must be some other reason. Maybe they’ve inadvertently blocked me? Would that stop the search working at their end? (I have not blocked them)

Yeah if they have u blocked or if youve ever hidden your profile you wont show in any searches, can you see their profile?

No I can’t see theirs either. But since I’ve not blocked them they must have blocked me by mistake.

Have they messaged you on the site, if so and you try to reply but are unable to you know the answer

I just name searched you and you were the only one that came up. My guess is they are not doing the name search properly. You don't show up if there is a space before 400.

If you cant see them then theres a block either by them or if you have ever reported them ot them you to admin then admjn sometimes put a block between the profiles
