Sure supporter not working

Hi all, trying to become site supporter by text and it’s not working…text doesn’t deliver.

Also the phone number to call doesn’t ring.

Can anyone help?

That doesn’t help…

The number doesn’t work, to call or to text. The text message fails as does the phone number.

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:

* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)

* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG

* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)

* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues

* You don't have reception

* Your phone inbox is full

See if your phone has a spam and blocked folder in messages. Mine does and I've lost texts into that before.

The link is to request a new pin via text.

The text doesn’t even go through, it’s nothing to do with my phone. It’s like it isn’t even a real number…I have no restrictions on my phone.

The number to call doesn’t even ring either…like mentioned in my original post.
