Fabswingers via UK mobile network

I'd like to offer a quick observation about mobile connection to this site.

I've found a number of internet service providers have a block on fabswingers and other similar websites as a consequence of their anti-porn/etc settings. This is especially true on mobile networks in the UK. You can get around this by using Tor Browser - it's free on Google Play Store.

It works via a network of proxies to obfuscate your connection to websites. Your connection may be a little slower sometimes but your browsing and location is completely private and cannot be monitored by ISPs (or even the likes of GCHQ) without need of a VPN. Repressive governments around the world hate it because it allows citizens to get around blocks, access world news and communicate freely.

You might find it the only way to connect to this website on many mobile networks, so I recommend you install it in case you need to communicate with any prospective meets when you're out and about.

I hope this is helpful and doesn't breach any posting rules.

Alternatively you can contact your ISP and get the block lifted.

It seems some are no longer allowing that.

They cannot not allow it. Ask them to lift the adult content block. As long as you are age verified by the provider they will lift it.

Hmm... I think I might have grasped a wrong end of a stick - how very embarrassing. It seems what I've mistaken for difficulty connecting via mobile is, in fact, via a public wi-fi LANs in the absence of mobile signal - which I suppose is more understandable.

That said, I'm still unable to connect via mobile without Tor despite my attempts to verify and unblock... but I guess I'll keep trying.

Ahh thats a different thing, hot-spot providers can, and do, block adult content most of the time.

GONE/TIMEOUT (No DMs please)

With Vodafone, I go to the App, put the content restriction "ON"

Then 10 mins later take it off, then I can access Fab again.

Happens regularly, and seems many people have the same issue.
