ISP addresses

In the area where I am there are several profiles that I am positive are fake and all ran by the same person, likely a single man. The reason I believe them to be fake are firstly experience having been on and off fab for a few years and having chatted to them you can just tell there's no female to be found. Also they all log on to fab withing about 30 mins of each other, they can then be off for days and then all log on again within a short time of each other. My question is, if I list these profiles and report can admin tell if they are all from the same ISP, which would surely prove them to be false? |

Open the questionable profile, click report link on left hand side of screen, give reason as stated above, let admin do as they will.
ISP address would not be conclusive, IP address would. Since most people do not power cycle their router their IP address would stay the same and so be the same for different profile log ins.
Of course they could be hiding behind a proxy server but then if they were that aware they would not be likely to make the other elementary mistakes they seem to have. |
