Uploading pics

Hey I was wondering if someone can help? It’s not letting us uploading any more pics to our profile. We haven’t went over our limit so can’t of why we can’t? Any help would really appreciate it

My problem with uploading is that it’s easy to upload from pictures already on site but how do I upload from elsewhere?
