From 8.30pm this evening I'm unable to join the chatrooms on either pc or mobile mode

All it says when I try to enter is you are currently not ok to chat

What is the reason for thus and how can I remedy this problem ????

And it can't be a ban because I've received no notification from the admin in my mail

I just want the problem sorted

You might find than Admin get very busy and you have to be patient. Have you messaged them? I think the onus is on you to contact

Redmonkey I have sent 4 different messages in the contact Us section anniversary heard absolutely nothing this happened on Thursday night its now been 2 days ok I understand the admins may be busy but at the same time including this thread I've given them 5 different ways to message a response

Obviously you're not a patient person when you've sent several messages... it can take up to 48 hours before you hear anything

They won't respond to you here. As advised if you send a message to Admin from the contact link they will be in touch from there
