Admin changed profile

Hi. Some idiot reported our couples profile to the site claiming we were in fact a si gle male..INCORECT. now they have changed our profile to male only.and removed half our couple photos. Have messaged admins but nothing changed after a week. Any ideas how we can get OUR profile back to normal?? |

Only Admin have the authority to be able to change the status of your profile. They would typically have been able to review the submission you have made within the timescale quoted, though unforseen circumstances might interfere with their best plans and endeavours.
Obviously a single person profile can only have pics of that single person, hence pics being put aside.
Have you considered having separate single profiles for each of you? Many couples do this,bin addition to their couples profile. They could then be managed as you wish, within site terms.
Ultimately, if Admin don't reinstate this profile to a couple profile, which is their prerogative, you could potentially create a new one and operate it, in conjunction with your single ones. |

Admin said you asked them to change it to a singles account 6 days ago, so they changed it for you. It doesn't seem to have been an "idiot" who reported you.
