Ok, alternatively click on the profile you want to remove, there should be a little heart shaped icon displayed showing they are on your hotlist. There is a Remove link next to it that you can click.

I've tried this and the refreshing the page...none are working...no little heart either...I use my lap top on here if that helps?

If you're using a laptop the little heart appears on the left hand side below the menu bar.
