Naming and shaming status update

I would like to clarify if naming and shaming in a status update is against site rules? I've always thought it is but...
A lady near me did to a couple in a series of updates last night. The last status was 11 hours ago and is still up. (Her comment might be justified but I've no idea.) During the course of status updates the lady also named and shamed me claiming I was somehow involved in this enabling this couple. I've never met them and never messaged them so she got completely the wrong end of the stick. Reported her but profile still active and status still up. Really don't like my name in public on status for something I've not done. |

It is against rules yes, to name and shame anywhere on the site. Reports can take up to 8 hours. Please be patient
