We have the same issue, we have contacted admin a few times now but still not working.

We type a status, hit save, it returns us to the fab homepage with no status and it is still highlighted in yellow.

Best bet OP is to ask Admin to re_iew. If after that the block remains, most likely there has been a block put in place for naming and shaming or something similar.
