Single profile changed to a couples one

My single F profile has been changed to a MF couple profile for some reason.

Is there anyway I can change it back? I’ve contacted admin etc but not heard anything back yet

That is weird!! It shouldn't do that unless you have changed your profile. Hope you haven't been hacked.
