Lost our status update when we put a status warning people of a profile that had taken and was using our pics which we thought was extremely unfair of them
When will we get it back if ever?
We have been paid up members for a while and admin do not respond to any requests through the contacts section
Can we have it back as it’s something paying for at end of the day? |

If you have already contacted Admin and nothing has changed then you will need to accept that they stand by their decision.
Also a status update isn't a site supporter perk. |

Maybe but trying to warn others of a fake who took out pics and the profile was not getting deleted despite flagging it you can see why we did the status. No where on site is this rule mentioned?
Yes a temporary ban but to take the status away full time is harsh in my opinion.
To me this site has no competition so it feels like owners don’t give a monkeys.
Probably get banned now for expressing an opinion as well |

The correct procedure is to report such profiles to admin.
Naming and shaming is against site rules and site admin can impose either a temporary or permanant sanction against you for doing so. |

Naming and shaming gives 1 side of the story, there is usually 3, the person naming's version, the person named's version and then somewhere in the middle.
I'll close this now as Admin is the best route  |
