Found 3 fakes, reporting question

I found 3 people who are either fakes, lying about info (saw the guy changed his age from 18 to 23), or states they are a couple but her info is clearly fake or missing.
I reported my first one. I assume reports are kept confidential or does admin say "this person" said your profile's wrong.
Just want to make sure it's anonymous. |

just be careful about what you put on here or you will be the 1 with the ban, it's not worth the grief |
