"How do i ask admin and you need the password to delete x"
This is kind of difficult but on a pc, click on My Account, on the right hand side is a Report option, click that and explain. Either that or wait until a mod sees this post |

I think on a phone, there are arrows on the right (when you have clicked my account possibly) click them and report from there
