Check your browser settings for audio and video upload remember that you are using the browser to upload a video via your device

try the following:

1. Update your browser to the latest version. The version you may be using has a known bug that may be causing the issue.

2. If (1) does not work, try using a *different* web browser. We recommend Chrome, Firefox or Opera. These can all be downloaded from the relevant App/Play store.

Uninstall and reinstall the browser also helps as they get glitches
