can you cam and view cams on an ipad in chatrooms on fab?

I have an ipad with iOS6 and found I couldn't . I downloaded an app called puffin and used that as the browser then had no problems at all

You can view cams with Puffin, not too sure you can broadcast though, Try a forum search or FAQ's for clarification, hope that helps.
