Couples profile problem

Made a couples account over a week ago for myself and my FB. All going well until a few days ago when should no longer send or receive messages. Ended up deleting account and starting a new one. However can't use that yet as need to be photo verified. My questions are-

1 - why did messages atop working?

2 - when did photo verification become compulsory?

Multiple accounts from the samme ip address am guessing..

Messages stop working if a profile is disabled.

PV isn't compulsory for all, once you do the PV you will be able to use the site
