Cannot post on forums

I have asked and filled out the form multiple times (over the course of months) but our couples profile "TheBratandDom" is still unable to post on forums, what else can I/ we do to allow us access to post, I'm having to keep my singles profile in use to post to events we wish to attend. Please can someone help.

If you don't get a response then it's sadly going to stay as it is in my thinking

You need to contact admin from the profile you can post from.. happened to me and admin sorted it

I can't save any updates on my status, it just won't save !!! I've filled out forms to and sent messages on that contact us bit. It's been happening for ages

Use the contact info at tge bottom of the main page. (I think)

Yeah I've been doing that for months

I found reporting 'a bug' got a reply where I'd had nothing previously
