Honestly this method has been hit and miss for ages. The cynic in me would sat it is because this method does not raise as much money. They say you will not be charged if you don't get a pin BUT you will be charged for using a premium rate text by your provider. It either needs sorting or stop being advertised as an option. |

Then you need to contact your network provider with the proof as the site and your network provider are two separate things |
