Profile setting changing gender

I created this profile long time ago as boy , during the years I've turned into TV/cd I have asked to be able to change that setting by contacting the owner of fab

But they keep answering me with an automated message saying they sorted the issue

Did anyone ever experienced my issue

And I don't want to create a new profile as I have my verifications and friends on this
