I was going to ask exactly the same question, so glad I came to the forum. Thanks for the answer. Time to make a couples profile then and put the other one on hold or something.
Having met someone outside of fabs who wants to get involved as a couple this answers your question. I guess I kiss goodbye to the silver membership fee though I have for my single profile, which is annoying as I just renewed it. I guess that isn’t transferable!
Thanks. |

Hi
You could mention within the bio of the other profile created as a couple's... A lot of folk have single and couple's account and use in different ways. |

Yes I had noticed that. I just wondered if there was another way of doing it. Thank you everyone for the help. Enjoy the bank holiday if not working. |

I had a couples profile previously but then contacted support somehow and asked for my lady friend to be removed from the profile when we split up. I am now wanting to do the revers now my new partner is interested as I am in a similar boat with my silver subscription and don't want to lose my verifications.
I can't find anyway to contact support now though other than to "give feedback"? |

Normally the advice is that if you have been verified as a single male they will not change it to a couples account and you will have to open a separate couples account. You can still keep the single one and use a different e-mail address to set up the couples one. |

So if I get understand right, apologies, if not, you have to start it from my new address. I was wondering how you could have two profiles on the same login address.
Thank you for what I think is confirmation. I’ll have to invent another email address to make the couples profile then.
Thanks all. |

"I had noticed my DOB was wrong, so changed it, but I've changed it to the wrong date again
(Not wearing my glasses)
How can I change again"
You can only change it yourself once. You need to contact admin if you want to change it again. |

Yes that's right you will need a separate e-mail address for the second profile. |
