I have been a member for over 13yrs I
tried to renew my Gold upgrade 10dats ago and was directed to open a new account...I presumed that it was due to a new payment platform
That action created 2 accounts . I requested to restore my old account znd was asked to photo verified. I photo verified and was finally approved
But despite paying my upgrade membership for £35 .
My old account has not been restored and I cannot access the privileges of a GOLD SUPPORTER ?? I

I haven't encountered a new payment platform although that could be a timing thing. Have you received the payment confirmation in your messages as this would indicate you've paid the right people. Either way you should contact Admin. |

When paying it wouldn't ask you to open a new account.
Reading between the lines do you mean you have a different account that you now want to get into? Then Admin will ask you to PV this one, if you let Admin know from the contact link what the name of the account you are trying to get into is they will see if they can help |
