A while ago, I think it was the tail end of last year, I set up email notifications on my account to alert me whenever I got a message on fab - but later turned them off again.
I have recently noticed on the mobile app home page 'New for 2023 - Get email notifications on your phone'
Tried setting up notifications twice now, and I'm not getting any emails coming through - and yes, I've checked my spam folder.
Still using the same phone.
Are there problems with push notifications etc? |

I have the same issue with notifications. Although I have all the options checked to receive notifications none actually arrive in my mail account. I too have checked the spam / junk folder. It would be good to get this issue resolved |

I think there are problems with phone push notifications.
The email notifications seem to work well though ...if you are not receiving them are they going to the correct email address? Have you perhaps inadvertently blocked them in the past?

After seeing a post about push notifications for Android users, I went into the email notifications section on my phone and I noticed that fab was stating that my email address was unverified and that I would not be able to receive notifications until it was verified.
Don't remember seeing this before, but have gone through the process anyway.
Will report back if this makes a difference |

I have used e-mail notifications with no problems for a couple of years. I turned on the push notifications about 4 days ago. Sometimes I get both, other times just the e-mail ones the push notifications seems a bit on and off. |
