If you want a couples profile start a new one.

Our couple profile has gone to a solo male account with just my husbands details and not able to change, we had verified as a couple and has been a couple account for sometime. We even have verifications as a couple. All pictures that had me in have now been rejected, I can only think that someone has reported our account as being a solo account and not a couple. Been on to admin twice but heard nothing back. Please help as my husband also has a gold solo account and now our couple gold account is now a gold solo account which isn’t fair paying for two and I’m we not able to use our couple account how we should be able to.
