I use all the filters here, including profiles with no public pics. In the last few days I've had several messages from people who either have no pics or just friends only pics.
I've checked from the profiles and I've never mailed any of them before nor have I ever winked nor are they on my friends list.
I've tried taking off the filters, logging out and back in and resetting the filters but it doesn't seem to have worked.
It's only this one filter, the age range, gender, newbies and non verified filter seems to be working ok.
Is there some sort of bug / issue with the filters? |

In the interests of helping I just tried to mail and was age filter blocked so that one is working. I have no public pics as well but obviously the age filter takes precedence.

There's nothing to stop people adding a photo to public, mailing you then hiding it again. Also a profile picture counts as photos on profile.
