How do we contact an admin regarding site supporter upgrade issues

On February 22nd i sent a text for site supporter and didn't receive a text reply, on 23rd of February i sent another text for site supporter and this time i received a reply with the code, I've just been checking my mobile bill and have been charged £5 for both 22nd and 23rd February who needs to deal with this? i always use silver supporter, this issue could be because where we live we have been having network issues since December 2022 due to two masts being decommissioned I've looked on the contact us bit that is for site supporter upgrade issues and it's not helpful at all it just states if we don't receive a text we won't be charged which is completely wrong in my instance I can't even add screen captures here to prove what I'm saying i went to reply to the message thanks for upgrading but that was a bust too, as I can't actually reply, i sent a message via contact us page but I'm not even sure I'm going to get a reply there so ive come here in the hope that an admin or site owner can message me via normal message section so i can send them screen captures of the charges on my bill and get this sorted, I'm not one for paying for a service I don't recieve |

All sorted sent an email and was dealt with very promptly 10/10 to admin for being so quick |
