If her profile is hidden then shes the only one to be able to unhide it if its a ban the she needs to contact admin direct from her profile |

She haven't hiden the profile over the sudden she was not able to send messages and she was not visible to others. |

Sounds like the profile is suspended.
From similar threads the advice given is to contact admin.
The user can do this while being logged out giving admin the profile name.  |

She is log in the whole time she can see other profiles but she can't message and no one can see her it's like the profile never existed I can't see her in my hotlist |
