How do I report someone's account if they've hidden it?

When I go to their profile it says this:

Profile Not Available

This member has hidden their profile.

hiding from cock pics.

From that screen that shows the profile is hidden, go to the top right corner and when you click on the drop down box, one of the options is report profile.

Even though the profile is hidden, you still have the menu box in the top right, all the options are in there.

I'm new here - will site admin actually do anything about dishonest accounts?
