New account photo verification

My wife is trying to set up her own single female account, uploaded her photo as it’s meant to be taken and so far has been about 8 hours with the account still saying needs photo verification.

Any ideas?

Admin may be backed up a bit? I've asked for my profile to be switched from couple to single female, and so far, still waiting.

Check the pic meets all criteria.. if its a selfie in a mirror make sure the wording isnt backwards
