Hi all is anyone else having issues upgrading to silver via mobile phone I have checked the phone is OK to receive when I txt79100 and swing I fail to get a reply I have tried several times with no luck thanks karl |

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:
* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)
* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG
* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)
* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues
* You don't have reception
* Your phone inbox is full |

I've tried twice now (and been charged) to pay via text but not received a pin number, yet have been using this phone/number etc for years when it has worked.
I've called the contact number which just asks you to leave a message and tried to send an email but they no longer accept email enquiries. How do I rectify this as none of the issues above exist, my phone isn't full, is adult rated accepted, i pay for other premium stuff with no probs etc.
Very frustrating that I can't rectify this |
