We changed our name on the site and so all our pictures have the wrong name on them.
The picture we thought most important, the one of us as a couple that we send to loads of people.... We tried to reload it so it would have the right name. We thought this was important as evidence we are a genuine couple.....
The photo has been rejected on grounds it is used on another site!!
We're very puzzled about this. Perhaps there is confusion that the photo was used under a different profile name. Our previous profile name.
It's slightly annoying we're unable to contact the site about this issue. It's a simple mistake that could be easily cleared up.
We have several other pictures on our profile with the old profile name. Leaving them as they are just causes confusion and doubt as to our validity. People are wary enough about fakers so what can be done to resolve this problem?
It's frustrating that paying members are not able to contact the site about this.... |

This is a bug with the software. Point anyone with queries at this thread. You can tell it's a name change because there isn't another username imposed on the photo.
We will correct this shortly, at that point the image will regenerate with the correct watermark

Sorry I miss-read the response from admin. We already deleted the original picture and tried to reload it. It keeps getting rejected. The reason is that it's already been used on another site. Can you please accept the photo? |

You need to use the original, if you use one that's watermarked it will be rejected
