Hi all, I am logged in on my phone but I dropped it and the screen is broken so I'm typing this as best I can. I have a new phone now, but I can't remember my password, I stupidly never wrote it down or saved it. I remember my username and email fine, but not the password. I've tried to use the reset password link but it does nothing. Literally zilch.
Does anyone know if this is a bug and if they could notify the site owners? Cracked phone is dying so can't use it much longer!! |

Could the password reset email be in your spam folder? If you are still logged in on your old phone I think a message to admin outlining the issue might although them to help.
I gather from other recent forum posts if you do find yourself locked out, you can create a new profile, photo verify and then contact admin about accessing your old account.
