Face blurred video rejected

Hi all,

I have tried to upload a video of me enjoying myself with two lovely ladies (dancing before you pervs get any ideas

)

I've blurred out every face, using an app to do so. I've watched the video and at no point can you see a face.

However, the video has been rejected twice now. Has anyone had a similar experience and did they manage to rectify it?
