new user account and site support

hi just wondering if we are able to transfer our site support over to our new account Trinity2 as we dont use this one anymore?

any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Why are you moving to another account? There isn't facility to move site supporter status to other accounts.

because we want to do a new account and hardly use this one

We still don't understand why you would want to do that. But your site supporter can't be transferred.
