But what would be the point of starting again when the site owners have no regard for its users and can hijack any account without good reason. | |||

"Did they ask you to photo verify first before changing your status? I think that's what they do, so you probably missed that message asking for it." We didn't change anything, Fab did and never informed us. But yes, we were photo verified and verified by other users, but Fab seems to ignored this totally and probably taken the word of a fake person who had no verifications themselves and has probably left the site after 24 hours. | |||

I believe it's done when there's evidence that the account is not who they say they are " Or in our case, no evidence. I know how it happened, I stated it was the male chatting, as I always have. I know for a fact that in most couples either the male or the female will be the one generating messages here, if this is no longer permitted then Fab may have to delete most of the couples profiles. | |||

"I'm not sure if admin do respond. May be easier to start a new profile." While yes you are right we could, but didn't really want to at the moment. But also why should we when for know reason admin may see fit to do the same again. We would sooner try and find a better site. | |||

Every report has to be verified before any action is taken. Admin say they answered your contact on the 10/12 and again on the 15/1. It may have got lost in your mails so if you scroll to those dates you should find them | |||
