My friend can't post in the forums

I have a friend on here who is unable to post in the forums. They're verified and waited the 2 weeks, but whenever they submit something, it comes up with new screen but the post is never submitted. Exactly the same when they try to start a new thread.

They have tried to report it by reporting a bug and contacting the owner but it's still not fixed after 2 weeks.

Any ideas what else can be done?

If they've used the contact button to contact admin and has no reply after several days the block will remain.

Had the same problem, contacted site owners, fixed in a couple days.
