Change looking for ...

Hi guys

We have a couples profile and had originally stated not looking for single guys .. however many times I change the looking for on the account tab it doesn't remove this

Any ideas appreciated

Unsure if is a save option I'd scroll down and check or refresh page so it uploads

It's a message filter.
