Upload issue

I'm trying to upload from I pad and phone using the email method, but it keeps saying I've hit my daily limit, even though I haven't posted. I'm also below my upload limits in total

Can anyone help?

May be an issue with Iphone.

Not 100% sure but read in mobile forum problems with Iphones.
