Hi all, just wanted to know if anyone has come across this issue when trying to upload a new image to their profile. Only just today when I tried to upload an image every time is fails to do so and it comes back with "We didn't recognise the upload as an image. Check you're uploading an image and not a video or some other file."
If anyone has any suggestions or solution I would very much appreciate it. Thank you! |

Not exactly sure on the image format, I'm not very tech-savvy. I jus know the size is 928.79KB. Can I send you privately the image details and maybe you might be able to tell the image type? Thanks again |

Thank you all for your help, I think I need to get all the right details first coz on the image details it doesnt tell this info. Will do a bit of research online coz I have an android so slightly more complicated for me but thanks for your help. Hopefully my next post will be news of success. |

When you click on the image in your photo gallery on your device it'll give you the option edit or details which will give you not only the date but size and other information |

Check your device photo gallery of the image how it is. You can rotate it their and save then it'll be right way up.... |
