We cant find anyway to change the details from one person to Two ? Plus when we try add her photos they are rejected even though she couldn't be identified and its annoying asking for peoples emails because we cannot download anything other than my photos onto this site ? Confused !!! |

Since you are already verified as a single man you will probably need to start a new profile. Only admin can change a profile gender, but they may or may not change it for you due to the verification.
Probably quicker and easier to start a new one. |

Use contact admin link and ask them to change it for you |

I wanted to keep mine as a female profile, I wad very honest on it and didn't mislead anyone. I set this profile up to find single guys, after a couple of week and also after verifications admin changed me to a couple, I mailed them to ask why but got no reply as per usual. |

May be worth setting up a new account as it is only the male veri'd.
If it was a veri for a lone female then I think those profiles are approved to change, where as a single male prof cant change to a couple.
I may be wrong though. |

To have your profile changed you must have been reported as being single and they have found evidence.
If things have changed since then you are better doing a PV as a couple with the date on and then contacting Admin to ask them to change it back.  |

No offence, but all your validations state "this man" as in a singular not a couple!
All the profile write up is "I" again singular.
Smacks of single profile! Guess that is what admin is going on and sticking with. |

im talking about ages ago sorry guys, wen i first joined. im a single profile now and happy with that, was just posting my example of wht happened to my profile  |
