Site admin as far as I know .. the last change to the list that I know of was an additional directing room was added when covid lockdown started ... otherwise it's been an unchanged list for a while |

May I ask why you asked what you did in your original post?
Obviously the user isn't an admin. If they was they wouldn't need to ask.
A more helpful response would of been to let the user know that the rooms are fixed and no extra rooms can be created by anyone other than the site admin.
