Why can't admin stop guys from constantly opening up new accounts when you've blocked them and how many accounts can someone have at any one time ? |

Never thought of that but you're forever hearing about this I mean surely they can check IP address and see hold in this persons had ten different user ids in less than a month and each one been suspended so eh let's refuse him a new profile obviously there are people who open up new accounts every week when the other half is out for the night and they delete them once they've peeved for a few hours and have themselves a wee ego boost if anyone's replied to their fancy a fuck messages |

sadly i had the very same issue. think to my knowledge he only had 5 accounts for me to block. stupid guy used the same pictures yet the information changed each time. |

This site needs to make money and if some silly sod is willing to part with his cash every time he gets a profile deleted and starts another one then that's another £10 in the site's coffers.
What you can do with your profile is stop single guys from contacting you. |

usually they can be detected by i.p address.
i understand your anger and frustration.
all i can recommend is you block on the first mail and report the profile to let admin deal with it.
make sure you remind them in the comments box you think or are sure that this is the same person.

Do they have to pay? I though the site was free unless you opt for site supporter. |

It is free which is why you get these idiots setting up multiple profiles We had it recently with someone I had blocked on my single and joint profile he had 6 other profiles all of which he messaged off we blocked and reported each one He's either run out of profiles or got the message |

I had one open several times in one evening, I blocked all accs and reported to admin, and they dealt with it .
Personally, I think only two accounts should be allowed, one as a single account, and one as a couple account if you also play as a couple. Anyone trying to open more accounts than that should have them automatically rejected |

I feel for the op, I really do. I had issues with a stalker on this site last year (the reason I deleted my old profile). It wasn't just inbox messages though, they found out where I worked, followed me home and sent me abusive letters. They also managed to track down my ex and my kids and also sent threatening letters to them too. It got so bad that I had to get the police involved. I reported their profile to admin when I first rejoined, but nothing has been done. |

Almost impossible to block by I.P. very few are static. It'd be a case of get banned, reset your router and hey presto... New I.P address and new account.
Frustrating as hell for you guys who have to put up with these idiots but makes it very difficult for the mods XxxX

problem is you can't block an ip because it would be of no use, as most people are behind a router so the outside world on sees that routers ip, therefore everyone who goes through that is blocked. and most people have dynamic ip so its always changing anyway.

Well as long as they have a different username, password and e-mail then I guess they can have as many as they like.
Scary but that's where face pics help - then you can block as soon as you know. And of course if they refuse to give a face pic then something's dodgy. |

While we have facility to block IPs in 99.9% of cases it's pointless and people can get around it.
As suggested above:
Block newbies from contacting you from the filter page.
Block and REPORT problem users to Admin so we can review/resolve.
