A female friend of mine who is rejoining the site after some time away can't seem to complete the registration process because the system won't approve her photo verification photo. She has done it exactly as requested, but hours later it is still stuck awaiting verification. Has anyone else had this issue? How can we solve it? |

Are her hands holding the paper clearly visible.
I once had a verification picture rejected and it was because part of my hand was out of the frame of the shot.
I suppose it has to be absolutely clear that you are, indeed, the one holding the paper |
