Change from single to couple profile?

Hi my profile on here is a single male one which up until now was pretty much correct, but now my wife wants in and wants a couples profile!

Do I need to set a new one up or can I alter my existing one?

You can message admin and ask them to change it for you but as you are verified as a single male they may suggest you open a new profile.
