Trying to pay

Hi.

Yesterday I tried to upgrade to a gold member using my partners debit card. I’ve used a different one before. However it wouldn’t accept the card . Tried three times.

Any idea why ??

He might have restrictions on online / adult payments set from within his banking app that need to be unset.
