Cam verification

So I often see when looking at profiles that people have web cam verifications. I’ve been on the chat and it’s all just groups. Is there like a private chat room where you can go meet someone you’ve been speaking to? Or do you literally just go on the group chats and have a general chat with people and hope someone verifies you from there?

Or people could arrange to meet on Skype or similar
